Due to a health condition, I have gone without soda for nearly 10 years now. I don't drink caffeine at all, so that's easy. In support of a friend, I gave up added sugar/desserts/sweets/candy with her for Lent, and man oh man alive, sugar withdrawal is a real thing. I was in such a bad mood after a few days time because I usually have at least one sweet a day, and it was like nothing to look forward to, and not having it in my system was rough. About week 2.5, I kind of evened out and was fine, but after the 40 days, I went straight back to my beloved sweet treats. Yes, you can live without, but I don't want to.
I have laid off goodies like ice cream, brownies, cookies, candy, soda, etc. for several weeks just to prove that I could.
I don't drink soda anymore I do eat things like brownies and banana bread ice cream etc they are yummy but I don't need them so I could stop and have several times
I don't really eat sweets all that often. I drink black coffee most mornings. If I didn't have it I could go without it, but it definitely gets me active sooner.

I'd say only a few days or make it less.
I'm only guilty on the diet soda , which I mix with alcoholic beverages ( Gin )
So I'm not without sin , caffeine I can give up easily..
I don't consume any of the other sht - Ever ! Years , would be my answer , but if you included GIN Id be up against it , as technically addicted.
I'm a sugar fiend, so even when I cut back on processed sugar for awhile I had to have smoothies and giant bowls of fruit regularly plus a cappuccino sweetened with agave nectar.
Months. I just prefer not to. After the first week it gets really easy. I have added sugar on the weekends.
My entire life.
Hell, I'd start a 0 sugar food productions if I could. The food industry is poisoning y'all with sugars, fats and excessive salts and y'all aren't selective about what you all are putting into your mouths.
I typically follow a low carb diet, so giving up sugar is easy.
Don't try to take away my caffeine.
If im pregnant i dont want nun of that cuz i want my baby to-be superior 💪🏼 👨⚕️
not a sugar tooth but again i want some here and there.
Out of those, the only thing I touch is caffeine. The rest are all disgusting.
Pretty much my daily diet doesn't really have any sugar at all.
can? all month, but denying simple pleasure is stupid.
