This graphic is full of nonsense. And humans do need to consume modest amounts of carbohydrates daily.
A day with none - for me - looks like irrational thinking and irritability, headache and poor cognitive function.
Eat a balanced diet with a variety of foods, low fat, make carby foods count by being high fiber and high protein too.
There is no way to zone target fat loss.
I've been sugar free for about 3 months on a restricted carb diet. I have better centration, better sleep pattern, elevated mood. All good things
Maybe. I noticed I was ill at about day 2 or 3 then it passed. Felt like weaning off an addiction. Then it's been pretty great since then. Each to their own but I'm enjoying being sugar free :)
i usually only eat beans, vegetables, nuts, seafood, fish, lean poultry, lean meat!
my carbs are beans and vegetables and a few in nuts!!
no added sugars!!
Once in awhile i have some fun though!!!
Perfect diet! I've been sugar free for 2 months. I quit most carbs as well and started sleeping better and my mood improved. Much better!
yes lad!! added sugars terrible! I want enough carbs still in my beans mainly and few in veggies and nuts. But they good ones in beans!! woot woot! and I take in a lot of water! it's my beverage of choice
Haha yes! I quit drinking for a while as well so water in my friend! HydroHomies unite!
benefits I find is I feel more energetic. my skin gets better
And sleep and concentration improve for me
oh.
but without sugar in 14days made me hungry often
Oh that's odd.
yes odd but this the truth
I usually don't eat much sugar and I mostly get it from fruit. I feel a lot better for it. I don't eat low carbs though, that's not a good idea for your health as much as many people think it is what with all of the fad diets like keto, atkins and all that. The important thing really is to eat slow releasing carbs to avoid spiking your blood sugar levels.
I have tried for weeks.
I got healthy skin, my pimples and marks were almost gone.
The craving was more initial, but now its under control.
Even bones became strong.

My usual day is like that. I just don't have much of a sweet tooth. I do eat complex carbs though (primary source is beans). I don't know what the benefits are since I've favored this most of my life.
Even as a child I didn't like sweet stuff much. I didn't like chocolate much, hated donuts, didn't like pancakes, cereal, waffles, ice cream, chips, etc. I loved salmon eggs more than anything as a child (favorite snack). I did love pasta but nowadays don't even eat pasta that often. I was more like sodium and proteins/fats junkie.
The only sugar I have in relation to the items mentioned above is a chocolate milkshake after the gym. Other than that, I don't consume any of the above items.
I went without a week (added sugars), didn't notice any difference. Except maybe a slight morale boost, and low bloodsugar. 4-point-(something).
But I felt regular.
My diet already consists of no sugar
How long have you been sugar free? Do you still eat bread and carbs?
My diet has been sugar free for 5 years
That's great.
No chocolate or any cheats?
Nope, my athletics don’t allow it
What athletics do you do?
Karate, surfing and basketball
Oh that's excellent. Professional?
5th degree black belt, I’m on the basketball team for the university of Melbourne and I’m barely learning how to surf
Love it. Your in my city
Not looking forward to going to school
When are you starting? What are you studying?
Computer science
Sweet. I take it you don't drink either. Why are you up?
My fiancé and I are gonna go to the beach and surf for a couple hours before we have to go the venue for day 3 of the rubik’s cube world championships
Perfect way to spend the day. Where's the Rubik's championships held?
The Melbourne convention and exhibition centre
Sweet. I'll be in town tomorrow. That sounds wild.
I suggest you not go
Hmmm why do you say that?
It’s hectic, I’m performing horribly and there’s a high chance I won’t be there
Oof. I promise I won't be going to see you. I don't even know what you look like or anything. If I saw you that would be super random. Lol no I just meant going to see the event..
But has made me curious now! 🧐🧐🧐🤔
Well then if it’s something you’re interested in then you should go
No. I can't do it nor do I want to.
I felt like shit
In general?
Yeah, I felt weak and I got irritated a lot more easier and just slept most of the time through the day
Was that after how many days?
2 almost 3 weeks
