Trending & News oh yeah, for sure
late teens, very early 20's... that was probably one of the most active and physical periods of my life HOWEVER my diet was not ideal at all, not only I eat too much highly processed food out of "convenience" (while at school and going around, out an about)
but I also had fuck'all schedule to eat... most of the days, I would eat twice per day, some crazy days just once
and because of stupid ass Texas, Hellish heat... Coca~Cola was the way to go
and I stupidly thought (well I didn't think) that just because I was active and athletic, that it was going to be fine if I didn't eat that healthy, and it was "fine" for some years till the very day it wasn't and I ended up in the hospital... and the doctor was like "are you sure you're as smart as they say?" lmfao
but yeah... acid in the stomach and elsewhere can be nasty
fortunately for me, I didn't have YET too much of a damage, and these things were reversible, and so I just changed a lot of habits, and I definitely limited and stopped sugar drinks for a while and as of now, it's just a habit... to drink as less as possible
When I was a child I used to enjoy all sugary candies, and I went to the dentists as a result.
Fortunately they were my baby teeth, though I have a few fillings because of my sweet tooth.
I've still kept my bad habit but I restrict my intake, and my dentist has loved me for many years, because I rarely go for treatment, and just for check ups.
I experience physical symptoms if I don't have sugar everyday. My son is the same way.

Yes. My wife and I are each on diets. They are different, but each is "healthier" in some way.
Not really symptoms, but I generally wanted to eat healthier. I also stopped smoking.
Yes, I did all of that at 18.
