I like milk chocolate for flavour, and dark chocolate for health. I probably eat dark chocolate more often. Typically 84-87%, and preferably fair trade and Rainforest Alliance certified.

Anything European like Belgium. Swiss. Swedish. I love milk chocolate for sure. Lindt. Lindor. Dove. Giradelli (I forgot the exact spelling of it). Possibly kinder. Cadbury. Nestle. The ones in raisinets. White Hershey’s is alright but white chocolate from lindor is elite.

My ideal chocolate in this moment- a swirl of light and a bit dark, with wintergreen and crushed hazelnuts, sweetened only with pure glucose and free of soy.
