Do you like coffee or tea better?

Tea! It's a rarity I drink coffee, but I drink 4-5 cups of tea per day. I also drink a lot of iced tea during the warmer months.

I know it may sound funny, but I also enjoy the ritual of making tea too. Waiting for the water to boil; gently stirring, dunking, agitating the tea and waiting for it to steep, etc. It's a nice way to slow life down for a short moment and just have that time for yourself instead of just grab and go.

For me its Coffee , but only probably because I'm addicted to it , cut back a bit here because of the climate mainly , Tea is probably better for you.

I like both, but I'll drink coffee far more often. There's a place I know that sells the best Belgian Mocha I've ever had, and I always buy one whenever I go to that shopping complex.

I prefer tea. But coffee is kinda essential to start a day after not enough sleep.

So a few cups of coffee in the morning and then tea, for the rest of the day.

Tea. Though there are Flavored teas that taste just like a coffee. I still prefer the traditional ones. I like 5ye taste of coffee but i don't like having a dependencie of it. Plus it inhibits your calcium absorption
