How do you eat candy canes?

There's two types, those that just bite it like a maniac and those that suck it til it gets pointy, which one are You? I make em pointy, it's the actually way to eat a candy cane tbh, if you aren't making your candy cane pointy and manacing then you aren't eating them right. 🙂

I do suck on them till their pointy if I have the time, but holy hell, this question reminded me of a memory I hadn't thought about in a long ass time.

Back in middle school during band class (5th/6th grade), my best friend and I would always try to get each other to laugh during it. One time he had a candy cane in his mouth and I smacked his hand as he was pulling it out, so it wouldn't hurt him. We couldn't stop laughing when one of us would try to go suck on our candy cane again, since we didn't know when the other person would strike 😂

Anyway, what do you do?

It's a hard candy so I like to suck them. I just watch out for the point each time because it always looks like it could stab somebody. And the end of the candy cane when it's pointy looks like a fishing hook. LOL I like flavored candy canes though, minty ones are saved for hot chocolate.

I break them into smaller pieces , when I eat em - I mostly use them in my hot cocoa.
