Apples or Pears?

Apples. Pink Lady, Cripps pink or Gala. I like pears, especially Conference but it's sweet, too sweet for me.

I used to love pears. I have since developed an intolerance for both apples and pears, they both give me the absolute worst stomach cramps. Apples can go fuck themselves, but I miss pears.

I sometimes question how food intolerances sometimes develop, especially if you've never had issues with them before. But it could just be an age thing too.

I have no idea what happened with mine. I was probably around 14-15? Had an apple, felt like I ate needles, and I didn't know why. Overtime linked it to the apple, then had a pear and the same thing happened. Other then when it first developed, it's never gotten worse and turned into an allergic reaction or anything, it's just very painful. Wish I knew where it came from. It doesn't seem to be genetic, and no other foods give me that specific feeling.

I like pears and I have been taking them in my lunch but in October the Macoun apples come out and I really like them.

We've always got a bowl of apples and bananas, but must confess to never giving pears a thought!

Pears are one of my new favorite fruits. I like the diced pears in cups with the water or juice in it (no sugar added version).
