Water… just 1 day. I tried a dry fast and hated it. Never again.

I think almost four days without food, I definitely felt weak the last day. Without water, no longer than maybe half a day.

Nope. God tests us, everything I’ve been through I’m grateful for, it’s given me an iron mind and now I’m so successful. I didn’t deserve any of it but I never met it get to me. What I’ve achieved since is insane. I’m very grateful to god.

3 days without water (developed uvulitis) and 14 days without food (fast).

The 14 days without food was voluntary and not so bad in my case. I could have kept going but didn't want to lose too much muscle mass.

The 3 days without any water was involuntary and one of the worst things I ever experienced in my life. I really felt like I was going to die and, with the uvulitis, I was unable to eat solid foods for almost 6 weeks after I was treated.
