What’s the longest you’ve ever gone without eating?

About 24 hours. I was part of a team involved in a difficult computer system update at a customer site and we didn't take time to eat. I had breakfast, went to work, and worked the entire day and overnight. When we finally finished about 6am the next day, I and my colleagues stopped at a Waffle House for breakfast.
