So it takes 12% alcohol to get you ditzy?

Yesterday I went to the beach with new people. Most of us were drinking. A woman and I bought 4 canned cocktails (2 per person); 2 watermelon favored and 2 blueberry.

Each can had 12% alcohol. After finishing the first day, within 20-30 minutes I felt slightly ditzy. However, after finishing the 2nd can, the effect was faster than usual and started while I was swimming. After we got out of the beach, I fell asleep. By the time I woke up, the event was nearly over and we had to return to the bus. Damn

I'm 36, 5'7 and between 140-145 Ibs so I'm not short so that skinny. So it's just 12% to get anyone ditzy?

I had breakfast and ate snacks. I didn't drink on an empty stomach and still got drunk.
So it takes 12% alcohol to get you ditzy?
