I've never been the biggest dessert guy and actually never ordered desserts to my recollection. I only tend to have desserts when it's included as part of the menu. That said, I do like a select few. My absolute favorite is probably annin tofu (almong tofu):
It's not actually tofu although it has a similar texture to the silkiest tofu. It's just almond/apricot pudding made from almond milk, apricot kernels, agar/gelatin, and sugar/honey.
It has a very mild taste which isn't very sweet which I like: very subtle dessert but with a very nice smell to it of almonds and apricots.

  Other, which is very similar (there's a rather common theme to my favorite desserts) is the Italian Panna Cotta which is gelatinized cream. It's not too dissimilar to annin tofu although it's a bit sweeter.

Okay first cookies are a culinary marvel that is welcome to be consumed during ANY hour of the day, they aren’t over the top enough to be exclusively considered a desert, Jamm enjoy life a little. We’re not here for a long time, we’re here for a good time. Anyways, I think my favorite dessert would have to be chocolate-chocolate cake.

All time favorite because it’s rare I have it… Good old fashion made peach cobbler served warm with vanilla ice cream yum yum 🤤 😋

Used to be chocolate pudding, brownies, chocolate milk, cake, cookies. But I was in the pre diabetic range so I e cut back and now I eat Lindt 90% chocolate bars 👍🙂
