How often do u drink coffe per a day?

I make 24 oz of Cafe Justo dark roast robusta in a French press every day with my sweet, pure well water.

Once it is brewed, I pour it into two 12 oz car cups with sippy lids. To each of those, I usually add the equivalent of about a tsp of Equal Exchange hot coco powder. Then I top them off with enough cold, whole milk to make the coffee cool enough to drink.

I drink the first 12 oz cup fairly quickly and then nurse the other one for a couple of hours. I don't care when it becomes room temperature.

Once but it's decaf coffee I'm not aloud caffeine because I have epilepsy and I hardly drink it it can sometimes upset my stomach I'm more a t girl but if I do drink ciffee its once a day or sometimes only half a cup
