Who says you can’t have breakfast for dinner and dinner for lunch. Last night I had breakfast for dinner so would I say I liked dinner or breakfast?😭

I'm a 2MAD type typically skipping breakfast so it's between lunch and dinner. Dinner is definitely my favorite.
I think one of the main reasons is that I can enjoy it together with my wife. We don't get to enjoy lunch together so often both working in the daytime. But I also just like dinner. It's the bigger meal typically for me.
One of the reasons I skip breakfast is that I have a body that starts wanting to shut down and get tired some hours after I eat. I noticed when I was a sprinter in high school that I set all my best records for the 100m dash and long jump as well as feeling more energetic mysteriously on days when I skipped breakfast, and think I experimented enough to see a pattern. So that's when I started to habitually skip breakfast, originally to improve my athletic performance, and these days just to reduce the number of calories I intake.
Yet I also associate dinner as the last meal of the day as sort of the big meal I get rewarded with after the entire day. It makes some type of sense to me from an evolutionary narrative (not sure if it's accurate) like we might spend the day hunting and foraging for food and then be able to feast on the fruits of our labor in the night.

  Oh wait, I might have misunderstood the question. Are you asking what our favorite meal is at each time of the day? Like our favorite meal for breakfast, favorite for lunch, favorite for dinner? I interpreted it like a question whether we like breakfast, lunch, or dinner best.

I eat twice a day. So first meal typically have vegetable or meat omelettes or frittatas. I love eggs.
Dinner... hmm I'm eat everything. Favorite meal is probably Ragu alla Bolognese. I won't eat that a lot because I can't eat carbs all the time but that's the guilty pleasure for me.
