There is a seafood restaurant about 6 miles from my office that has all-you-can-eat fried shrimp all day every Wednesday. The fried shrimp is fresh (I live about 15 miles from the coast and a large fleet of shrimping/fishing vessels; fresh seafood is quite standard.) It is served with hugh puppies (of course) and I always order collard greens and green beans as sides. It is difficult to top that meal!

Usually some kind of sandwich.
If I'm home, I go simple with turkey and mayo on toast or ham with mayo and sweet, spicy mustard on toast.

If I'm out, there are lots of possibilities. 😋
