This is a tough one because I love so many different kinds of ethnic foods, but I’m thinking Indian food. ❤️

Italian... It would appear that they have a very healthy life, diet and longer lifespan.

One culture's food forever? That's a tough one. There are so many amazing foods in the world. One thing I love about living in the U. S. is the wide variety of ethnic food available.
But if I had to choose, I think I'd go with Italian. There is a lot of variety. It's not all pizza and spaghetti. Some of it is simple and easy to throw together. Breads, cheeses and meats are great for snacking. And some dishes are culinary masterpieces. I especially love seafood.I'm going with American, note I did not say fast food, but America has the most diverse, best tasting and healthiest food of any country the world has ever seen.
I could eat roast meat, veg and potatoes, English breakfasts, cream teas, and cucumber sandwiches for the rest of my life, I think. I would be shorter, but tasty.
"Indian" might be healthier, but then I could say "European", and have pizzas, pasta, calves faces, Sauerkraut, Salami, curries (British since the 18th century)...
Hard to say with America making their own versions of foods from other cultures. If I buy a Little Caesars pizza am I getting American or Italian food?
Also I remember various things like french fries and french toast aren’t actually French, but don’t remember how many of them were made in America.
It's either French or Indian for me.
I'll go with Indian since a lot of my favorite French recipes are very time-consuming and expensive to cook here in Japan (wine is cheap but butter is very expensive here).
I'd have to say Mexican. I feel like there's enough variety and good choices to not grow bored of it.
Chinese or Italian. Chinese because there are sooo many regional variations and the ones I've had were great and the rest seem good to. Italian because they are so very locally based, and you can get fresh, non-pesticide grown fruits and veggies, zero hormone meats all the time because it's standard practice, and fresh breads made from grains that haven't been stripped down to junk food.
Turkish, there food is just a mash of everyone elses food and claiming it there own lol. Greek Indian Arabian, Palestinian and Iranian food all wrapped in one. lol
However Doner is the original Gyro. so...
My non smart ass answer would probably be Indian food.
I enjoy every thing about french culture, so I'd pick french.
Japanese, but without the octopus and family :D fish is good; the rest is not
I think I could do Thai food or Japanese. I like that it is mostly healthy, colorful and lots of flavor. I like the heat in a lot of Thai food.

it's a culture of all the cultures in this world... Probably American because they just stole everyone else's food and made it part of the culture lol
Korean stews until I die.
I love pasta, so it would be Italian food, each meal with a glass of Chianti
