Which Irish dessert looks best?

It's nearing St Paddy's day so here are 3 traditional Irish desserts. Which looks the best?

Apple pie is the national dessert of Ireland (apple trees are everywhere) but I've omitted that because of it's familiarity.

Apple cake. It's a cake with apples in.

Apple amber pie. It's apple pie with a meringue topping

Guinness float. It's a pint of icecream topped with ice cream

I love desserts. I love Ireland, but I am not a cooked fruit person. I like chocolates and caramel and ice cream and toffee, butter creme, coconut, icing, coffee cake, yellow cake, chocolate cake, red velvet cake... etc.

Cooked fruit isn't my thing, apple pie, cherry, lemon... stuff like that. I like fresh, cold fruit. I like strawberry shortcake for example or fruit salad. Once you cook it I don't really like it anymore.

I don't like Guinness and beer as a dessert doesn't sound good. I like soda floats or root beer floats. A beer float does not sound good.

What other Irish desserts do you have?

If you google Irish desserts you mostly get apple based desserts or sweet soda breads.

Well, I ain't no fancy food critic or nuthin', but I do love a good Irish treat! 😋

So, imagine this: you're leaving an Irish pub, chatting up some fine lasses, when suddenly you get a craving for somethin' sweet to cap off the night. That's when ya order the "Apple Vagina!'

1 red-headed drunk prostitute,1 tbsp caramel sauce,1 cup sugar,1 tbsp cinnamon,1/2 cup water. Make sure to put a raincoat on little Mr. Thomas.

Pour the caramel sauces, sugar, cinnamon and water into red-headed Irish lassie. Bang furiously. Tá sé blasta! 🇮🇪

I think the guinness float sounds good. Seems like it'd have lots of sweetness to help with the bitter taste of the alcohol. Probably like making a Bailey's mint shamrock float.

Generally, you can't go wrong with a pint of Guinness, but I'm not sure about adding ice cream. ;-(

The apple cake sounds pretty good if I'm being honest but so does the apple amber pie I love me some apple deserts.
