You have the RIGHT to eat your food any way you want, but that doesn't mean you SHOULD do that. At a restaurant, you should respect the chef and the effort they have put into preparing the food a particular way.
I firmly push that if you go to a restaurant you shouldn't even be allowed to sub items. The dish comes as ordered and that is that. If you don't like part of it pick around it or don't order it.
If you could vote on the poll, I'd appreciate it so I get the most accurate results 😁
Got you I am terrible at polling lol always forget they are there

I mean yes but I’d be disgusted. My family and friends know not to eat salad or garlic or vingegar type foods around me because they know i will gag the entire time and that will make all of us lose their appetite. Also, I’d like to know your definition of the words in my latest mytake if you ever get around to it
Dang so this pasta salad with extra garlic I made for our picnic sounds like a bad idea in this context now.
@BoopBoopBeep yea i can't
i made little satchels. The opossums were going to deliver them...
I mean... they were probably going to eat most of them... but I made dozens... they'd fill up eventually and pass out from all the carbs. Omnomnom garlicky carbs.
If you change the food, you could just make it at home from the start.
I can see things from both sides, which makes me unable to take part in your poll. However, If I owned a restaurant and saw that little swine show up, I would have something carefully prepared for him that NO amount of ketchup would disguise!
Muwahahahaa!
Roasted sweetbreads, anyone?
@Massageman :)))) I like your thinking!
Perhaps Americans do not know such a thing as food culture, not like as Europeans we do
(, you guys do not have or invent your own food..
And All types of food in America are mixed cultures).
My answer is yes, you must respect the food and the way you eat it, especially if you are in his mother country
If someone is going to destroy a good recipe (assumption being made here), he might as well go to McDonalds or some other fast food joint. (Some Italian restaurateurs might not like that I add SO much cheese to most of their dishes, but, I just happen to like it that way, so to a degree, I can see the dilemma. But, the recipe should prevail. If he has to add THAT much tomato flavored high fructose corn syrup, he should just eat at home.
That's hilarious, but yes I agree as long as it isn't making a total mess of the establishment. keep yourself and the table clean.
if you eat with other people, you have to align to common rules. If you take it home, no one cares.
I agree nobody’s gonna tell me what I can and can’t do with my food and if they do they will be told where to go
Would you bring your own condiments with you? Would you bring ketchup to a sushi restaurant, for example?
@OtterMan68 no I wouldn’t
show some class.
This whatever he does is this kids claim to fame.
Oh joy.
Those types are here today gone tomorrow, being replaced by someone else.
if you go to disrespect the chef, you're an a-hole
Is this a thing? Come on… aren’t you already able to enjoy your food however you want?
It's a thing in Italy apparently 😂
99% of people don't bring their own condiments to a restaurant.
Oh like eating sushi with a fork? No your talking more like dipping nachos in mustard kind of thing? Sure you could eat however you like but why? I hate ketchup anyway.
Doesn't apply to just ketchup. It's like adding pineapple to pizza in an Italian restaurant. You get some angry Italians lol
Pineapple is good on pizza as long as no BBQ sauce.
I agree. I'm just saying there's plenty of things you can add to food other than ketchup.
Give all power to peaceful anarchy :)
fuck that kid
Lmao
Heh heh: some idiot on here will now report you as a pedo :D
@andreasderjuengere lol. I got my account frozen for telling the AI to fuck off. That's the snowflake level of moderation on this site.
Frozen! That's extremely... cool
@gorydetails I feel ya man. I feel like I'm censored/cancelled everywhere I go. There's zero freedom of speech nowadays.
