Savory and protein breakfasts are my preference. Sugar overload in the morning means you'll flash burn by noon and feel fatigued usually. Then you'll want caffeine or more sugar, repeat, repeat. I'm good with a little natural fruit in the morning, but mostly want proteins.

Sweet. I can replace meals with sweets at ease. I am simply addicted to sugar and I feel euphoria when I have some.
I never go overboard though, otherwise I would have been double my size.
I like both really. I like my omelette but I also like my side of toast with jelly.

I gave up refined sugar in Nov, so if i'm at a diner: two eggs over easy: wheat toast to sop up the eggs with, hashbrowns, & sausange links.
Savory breakfasts are usually the healthier choice.
