Yes, all meat based things go bad eventually (and most plant based things).

The only stuff that never really goes bad is either minerals, plant seeds that are prepared properly, or junk food filled with tons of sugar or salt.

The only beef flavored thing that might last a very long time would be beef flavored instant ramen.
