Doe anyone have an ounce of sympathy for USA beef farmers at this point? $25 - $30 a pound for steak? The dumbphucks voted for tRump in 2016 and experienced record bankruptcies.

So the dumbphucks doubled down on stooopid and voted him into office again in 2024. Now they are going out of business and into bankruptcy at an even higher rate. These people are too stooopid to own a cattle ranch. Let them lose their land, their homes, and their livelihood.

Fuck beef. There are plenty of more affordable sources of protein.

And kudos to Argentina for scooping up $20 billion in US taxpayer dollars from tRump for thier Chinese soy bean sale and exports of beef to the USA.

What’s going on with these prices? I just checked here, I pay for organic („bio“) meat 10-14 Euros per pound. Regular meat is ~20% cheaper.

Our MAGA cattle ranchers love to whine about Commies and welfare queens and horrible nationalized healthcare in Canada and the UK. They totally miss the fact that they survive on government subsidies and loans and have for 60 years, healthcare in the US serves maybe 10% of the population well, and wealth inequality is driving people away from the product they sell and destroying their domestic market. We are a country of dumbphucks.
