I usually just add a touch of milk and medium scramble them with salt and pepper in butter. I like them to be fluffy.

Sometimes I break two eggs into a small, warm skillet of melted butter, add salt and pepper, scramble the eggs to equally distribute the whites and yokes, then fry them lightly on both sides before putting them between two pieces of toast for an egg sandwich.

I love deviled eggs.

Sometimes I eat hard boiled eggs with salt.
