I hate potatoes!

I chose baked.

My favorites are loaded baked potatoes, and I love the skins.
Or garlic mashed with butter, salt and pepper, or drowned in gravy.

Potato skins baked with lots of goodies like cheese, bacon and chives are delicious.

But I like potato chips, especially certain flavored ones like sour cream & onion, Maui onion, and honey Dijon. And, of course, they are wonderful with certain dips.

French fries can be really good as long as they are made out of actual potatoes, unlike McDonald's. I like most of the various cuts. I prefer dipping them in something like ketchup, BBQ sauce, some kind of aioli, or in tartar sauce if I'm having them with fish.

I love crispy hash browns, the shredded kind, with breakfast, especially with corned beef hash.

Potatoes in stews, soups.

Potato pancakes.

Aloo masala, aloo tikki, samosas and other Indian foods with potatoes.

Batata harra and other Middle Eastern foods with potatoes.

I like potatoes! They are very versatile. 😃😋
