A toast sandwich with double cheese slices.
Or tortilla, cheese, mayo, a few chips inside (if available) sometimes I boil an egg cut it and throw it in there.
Or spaghetti with ketchup.
Or an omelette with cheese, onions, zucchini and pepper.
Or I just have a bar of chocolate and call it a day.

Oatmeal is always super quick and good.
If I have tuna salad already made then a tuna salad sandwich is quick.

I eat ZERO sht , processed food..
So its grilled , trimmed beef , with grilled mushroom and Salad , very easily prepared and healthy indeed , plenty of protein.

I usually go for something like burger king, maybe McDonald's, or sometimes i'll get sonics. Not the best food I know, but it is quick and on the go food.

The only time I have a short amount of time to eat is when I’m on my lunch break at work. (We only get a half hour). Therefore, frozen meals. They’re quick to heat up in the microwave.
