I only want to try raw fish. Not Sushi. "poh-KAY" Poke. It's a Hawaiian dish. It's cubed, raw fish. I probably won't like it, but I still want to try it.

As for a beverage, I can't think of anything. I tried Kava Kava and it did nothing for me.

I think it would be cool to try a different species of oysters. There are many species so I can't say I've tried oysters just because I've had them before.

Iced coffee is easy and cheap. It's a wonderful you haven't done it yourself.

A local butcher will generally sell that. You can even get it dry aged. It will cost at most 30 dollars. Kind of a bitch to cook though. You grill it for char marks and then put it in the oven.
