Do you like vegan food?

I have not problems with Vegan Food as I've lived, worked, and cooked with Vegan's for extended periods, but there are some nutrients in meat that are hard to get if not impossible to get from a purely vegan diet.

i like food dishes that don't have meat. but i hate food dishes that are trying to replace meat with meat substitutes. they taste like shit usually. not everything has to have meat. but you can't replace meat.

I mean strawberries and fries are vegan right. Obviously there are some good vegan foods but I usually don’t like vegan dishes that’s like cooked. You know stuff that has multiple ingredients and a recipe.

Absolutely! I have been trying to focus on a more raw vegan and paleo diet. Summer is here and I need to tighten up badly. And maybe lose a few pounds.  Love your question!

Some. Some meat alternatives are awful. Plus the process it takes to make them more meat like probably takes away all the nutrients and benefit of the natural raw food.

Some of it is actually pretty good. I eat Tofurkey sausage regularly in addition to animal products.
