I dated a girl in college from the North Shore (Massachusetts, basically the northern suburbs of Boston), and she put me on to the North Shore Beef. Super tender roast beef on an onion roll (don’t listen to Portnoy, listen to the UPS guy, dude knows what he’s talking about😂), I get it with BBQ sauce and cheese, but some people swear by having mayo on there as well, aka “the three-way” when you order it. I’m just a two-way guy, haha.

My favorite is called the Santana. It's warm roast beef on a hero with sautéed green and red peppers, onions, Colby jack and muzerella cheese and ranch dressing. Mmmmm my mouth is watering for it now just talking about it

Cucumber, Lettuce, grated Carrot, Tomato, Onion and a nice juicy cooked piece of Steak, but not with bread, cos I don't eat it :D.
