What are your thoughts on limburger 🧀?

I love cheese and all kinds of cheese so I thought. Until I tried limburger cheese for the first time. Before I tried it I just heard it was a strong cheese I was like that's cool I can dig that strong flavor. But for me I hated it it's like the most foul thing I've ever tasted before almost like sewer totally nasty I don't see how people enjoy it at all. What are your thoughts have you tried it do you like it or do you think it's disgusting too?

You are in the United States? Then the first question would be, how authentic is what that American company mixed together? The real Limburger is made in the triangle between Belgium, Netherlands and north-western Germany. I can't be certain I tried exactly that one, but all the strong smelling cheese I know tasted way better than it smelled. :-)

@DryGermanGuy I'm hoping the American company just got it wrong and that's not really Limburger cheese if I could somehow try the authentic like what you're saying I'd be willing to give it a try but what I tried here smelled and tasted rotten and foul like a sewer mixed with rotten eggs and spoiled milk and sweaty gym socks I literally had to spit it out cannot eat even just the one bite

Okay if you do I'm curious to know if you like it or not I was thinking it was going to be like blue cheese you know have you ever had that? I thought it was going to be similar to that but just maybe stronger I was like okay I can think I could like that. It's like nothing like blue cheese nothing like anything I've ever had before.
