I work from the office most days, but I'm out on site probably 8 days a month. Those days I usually go out for lunch. Half the time I'm over 30 miles from the office so the company pays for those meals, the other times its just far more convenient than trying to find a place to eat a bag lunch in a facility that I'm not familiar with. I'm usually pretty good at finding inexpensive meals though when I have to pay for them. Mexican restaurant lunch specials are one of my go-tos.

It had been years. I like cooking and so do our friends. My sister and her H have taken to taking me out every couple of weeks lately though. Can't say I have really missed it. Restaurant food noticeably lacks the love of home cooked meals.

Not that often. My wife works in town and sometimes brings me take out. She and I got out to dinner maybe once a month or so. But we mainly cook delicious meals at home.

As for me I always cook my meals however I’m waiting on a replacement range oven temperature sensor so that gives me a good excuse to eat out for a few days until the part comes in. I can always cook stovetop or grill or use my rotisserie or air fryer or pressure cooker however I’m taking a cooking break for a few days.

If take out counts once every 3 days or so. Sometimes more often sometimes less. But once every 3 days is the average I assume. I like take out junk food
