What is your favourite tea and how do you like it prepared?

There are different types I’ll enjoy for different reasons (usually based on schedule and season). Right now either my own lemon ginger tea (freshly dried greek mountain tea with fresh chunks of lemon and ginger, adding a fresh basil leaf after it’s boiled). It’s stored in a special pitcher I have with a strainer and kept cool — very refreshing, with natural healing and soothing properties. When I have guests I offer them honey and sugar options because most people like sweeter drinks than I do.
During my busy season I boil a pot of Darjeeling to enjoy throughout the day. It travels well and doesn’t need anything added to it. It’s strong and bold, like me. 😂
I'm the Earl Grey lover... in my teapot... sometimes with some confiture... I love rose confiture... and raspberry...
Rooibos.
Boil water, pour in a cup or mug, drop the tea bag in there, and let it brew. Remove tea bag after a good few minutes and add 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar
(I can drink coffee and tea without sugar; but just a little bit is nice... Lets say I need the 'Sugar Rush' in the morning)
Properly prepared Turkish Mint Tea is very nice too; but I leave that to the experts.
Nothing better than walking into a Turkish or Moroccan owner Coffeeshop (In the Netherlands), order you favourite kind of weed and a Mint Tea.
Regular, Luke teatley tea, or Lipton tea, with a little sugar. And strong.
