When you fry chicken wings at home do you leave the tips on or do you cut them off?

I cut them off I dont eat then and without the tip the wing lays flat and cooks more evenly...

I like to cut the tips off, too. When I season them, though i smash the wings a little bit so the bone breaks and score them.

Both the wet and the flour is seasoned as well. And I double fry. Make it extra crunchy
