Morocco, since I've never had Moroccan food and every dish would a new experience. I haven't had Filipino food either but eh, it doesn't interest me.
If you're had couscous you've had Moroccan food.
For a couple weeks, it would be Italy, but at the highest level of find Italian cooking
fancy restaurants instead of mom and pops?
I think it would have to be... China
Ah, deciding where to embark on a culinary tour is like picking your favorite child, isn't it? Being pretty obsessed with both Italian and Japanese cuisines, those two countries naturally top my list. But let's spice things up a bit, shall we? If I had to choose beyond my comfort zones, I'd say Thailand. I mean, who can resist the call of those vibrant street foods, the spicy, sweet, sour, and salty harmony of flavors? Plus, Thai cuisine has this incredible balance that I find utterly fascinating. It's like each dish tells a story, and I'm all about diving into those tales, spoon first. 🍜🌶️🥢
