I'd hate to see someone choke on their food and someone else have to do the Heimlich maneuver, without unstrapping from their seat.

50m isn't that high, I'd hardly call it in the sky but you do get nice views from that hight. I eat outside quite a lot and know it's very weather dependent and anyone who's walked across a high bridge will tell you that you really notice the wind.

I think it would be a fun experience, but it's not really practical, especially if you have to take a piss. And I doubt they allow you to drink at those heights. Can you imagine someone falling to their death after a meal because they lost their balance from being tipsy. I prefer to drink a little booze when I eat at a restaurant.

When I die, I don’t want my family to be informed “He died to an unexpected dinner in the sky cable cutting loose plunging him to his death after his last meal… Didn’t even make it to shrimp”.

That is stupid and vile.

The idea sounds good, but that doesn't look well-built enough to do that, or enough room for people to move around without falling over the edge.

  @Iron_Man I have not been on a plane since before 9/11. but not because I am afraid of flying. Oddly enough flying never bothered me. I wanted to become an Air Force pilot.
