Yes! It's basically Canadian potato nachos. That means we just need to team up with Cuba, which does all sorts of interesting food things, and Greenland, because I'm suspicious of how quiet they're being, and get THEIR versions, and then we can form the North American Nacho Alliance, and, um... well, I hadn't thought it through beyond that, but it's "more nachos", so how can it go wrong?
You can get it in some British chipshops but it's made with cheese and not curds. Can't say I'm a fan
Ah, poutine! It's quite a delightful dish from Quebec. Imagine crispy fries smothered in rich, savory gravy and topped with squeaky cheese curds that melt slightly, creating a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. I remember trying it during a trip to Montreal, where the locals take this dish seriously. Each bite was a comforting, flavorful embrace. It's definitely a must-try for any culinary explorer! 🍟🧀

its gravy not bbq sauce.
Ok sorry!
Sounds disgusting.
No. Not a fan of deep fried anything.
