What is the strangest/most unusual Food you ever ate?

Tiết canh, I can never remember how to spell it so I copy/pasted. It's a Vietnamese blood pudding, absolutely delicious, but it isn't good for long. You bleed out ducks into a bowl or tupperware, boil the duck, and mix in some of the broth and meat on a dish to make the pudding along with some seasoning and herbs.

We tried making it with a pig once, but that was just disgusting and pig blood was spraying all over the place. Whenever I went duck hunting I'd bring them to my uncle to cook them up like that, pretty much the only part of them left afterward is bones and feathers.

In the snake market in Taipei Taiwan, I was encouraged by my local guide to eat raw snake meat, and wash it down with a shot of snake blood. That combination is supposedly a homeopathic cure for just about everything, and an aphrodisiac as well.

My father shot some squirrels that were in out backyard. He got 3 or 4 of them and we went to my Italian grandmothers house and she skinned them and fried them up. They were not as tasty as you would think.

I haven't eaten anything too unusual, but it may be considered so by some people. I've had chocolate-covered ants, alligator, frog legs, squirrel, and chicken gizzards. Those are pretty common in my area, but people from other regions would probably think it strange.
