Have you ever eaten Kendal Mint Cake?

Kendal is a small town in North West England boarding the lake district an area popular with hikers. It's most famous product is Kendal Mint Cake which isn't really a cake, it's virtually all sugar flavoured with a little peppermint oil and formed into a firm but yielding tablet.

It's considered by many to be the world's first energy bar and is widely available in the UK in outdoor pursuit shops. Now I'm going to predict most people in the UK have eaten it once, probably as a child on school hiking trip.

I had it couple of times as a kid because granny said it was good for you.
I'm a dentist and my brother pushes the stuff. I've just bought a new Porsche
I'm a hiker and I buy it all the time
I've heard of it but never had it
Never had it, is it the British version of crack cocaine?
