im uk and as much as i love and cook old fashioned heart warming, fatening dishes, like a bone broth, chicken and vegetable casserole with beef suet dumplings and an apple and pineapple crumble made with butter and demerara sugar and double cream to serve... greek chicken chargrilled, with vegetables and various dips and scoffing it all with my hands dripping tsatsiki off my mouth... is the best... i cook and cater by profession and I've always believed i heal with my food... and i bake the most indulgent things when i do, and i give it to my neighbours... in our home, mexican fajitas, chinese chicken with rice noodles, chicken kebabs, home made pizza made with sour dough however i have to admit I've killed two now, i feel guilty but i have adhd.. the last one i bought to life from being freeze dried... LIKE DEMOLITION MAN... a culture from alaskan origin where they kept their starter alive around their necks at night in a leather pouch... i manifested a stash of end of days kilner jars... all the skills of preserving food were here for a reason... its only since the 1950s and home refridgeration the knowledge has disappeared its what they want... has anyone got any preservation skills to share here // xx by the way animal fat and coconut oil are the best and only oils to cook with at heat check it out for yourself... yet again lies to make money off our health
