What are your three favorite cuisines?

Mine are Northern Indian, Thai and Levantine (Lebanese/Turkish/Syrian)

real Japanese, aged steak, real fresh made pasta, seafood, fish (cook in diff. ways) Indian, Korean, Mala Chinese (too spicy… I can’t no longer eat it.)

I know you say three. But I can’t only eat one like so many eat the same everyday.
In Italy we had pasta, steak, more pasta…I need more varieties.

I never tried northern Indian or Thai, but I 100% agree levantine food is the best, especially Lebanese, well I have to add turkish for the shawerma and daoud basha, and Syrian for falefel, damn all of them man, besides that I like American stuff, burgers and wings, heaven
