What is your favorite cuisine?

I am Italian so of course I love Italian food but additionally I love sushi and I love Seafood in general.

I’m Italian too, so I like Italian food, especially the Northern one (polenta concia, pasta al pesto, bagna caöda…) and the Sicilian one (pasta alla Norma, cannoli, caponata…).
For international cuisine I like a lot Greek one (Souvlaki, Dollmas, Moussaka…) and the Indian one, that’s so spicy and particular!

Then it was correct recipe.. cuz once i found it was like.. huhhh its dessert and seems like cake but y using salted egg then boom.. the result had shook me 😂

I just googled it.. and omg it looks like dessert in my country..
Apparantly, leche flan is a creme caramel (i tried this and it taste yummy)
Halo halo, it looks like cold dessert and we have this one similar like halo halo, we called it es campur
And turon, turned out it same like in my country, this is so crispy n crunchy outside and soft inside, we called it pisang karamel

Well, it is not just one, I love both Italian, Mexican and Thai cuisine

The best thing about Italian cuisine is that traditional Italian dishes are deeply rooted in the Italian culture, and recipes are often passed down between generations and are cherished for their authentic origins
