Italian: pizza, spaghetti (without sauce), ravioli, chicken parmesan, Ricotti, maybe a couple other things.
Chinese: Chicken, rice, fortune cookies.
Indian: Chicken tandori, chipatis, dahl (I think).

Korean and Japanese are my favourite. Next would be French and Greek and Middle Eastern Foods.

As an Asian I prefer salty food, seasoned meat as opposed to natural taste, lots of vegetables, limited sugar, noodles or rice to sake the marinade and standard Chinese spices in my food. Why I like Japanese and Korean foods which resemble my Chinese heritage.
