Any bee afficionados? How do I feed random bees?

Theyre all over our lawn and i tried a brick of "bee food" with bee attractant drops. didn't eat it.

Generally speaking, you can help them out by planting local plants. The European Honey Bee is actually an invasive and incredibly damaging species in N. America (and it's not endangered at all because corporate farms actually rent out massive travelling hives that travel around the country by truck).

America's local pollinators don't create honey and they have to compete with the honey bees that set up shop nearby. The trick is to find the plants that grow naturally near you, and plant those so your local bees have something to munch on!

I think they give them sugar water when they take their honey but in winter I don't know how to feed them they should usually have food stored up by then. I'd probably google it though just to make sure.
