Would you try a Lavender Haze cocktail?

I think this is my new favourite drink

I make mine by making a simple syrup (1:1 sugar & water) then steeping dried food grade lavender in it (I use about a Tbsp for 1/2 cup ). You can also add a drop of some purple food colouring to get the lavender look.

Pour a couple Tbsp of syrup into a short glass with ice. Pour over a shot of a white spirit I prefer gin or white rum. Top the glass up with a lemony soda or soda water and some lemon juice.

To make it extra special for a party add some edible glitter and enjoy your stay in that lavender haze ✨🍃💨

It's so delicious! I was questionable at first because I hate floral things (rose water) but it's so good

Honestly you can barely taste it. You could absolutely make it without alcohol though! It's quite a refreshing drink
