Sometimes. I don't really care about their opinion of the person posting the video, but when I'm considering going to a new restaurant there's what the restaurant advertises in it's best light and there is what people actually receive when they place an order. I like to see what people really get when they make a normal order, and based on the visual I can get an idea of the portion size, general freshness of the ingredients used, and over quality of the preparation. It's not going to tell me what it tastes like, but it's better than going in blind.
