Like street tacos? That’s been longer. I used to go to New Haven for work years ago and would hit up their famous parking lot of taco trucks. Cilantro & lime juice >>>>>> lettuce, tomato, cheese.

But we have a tragic absence of Mexicans where I live. Great Puerto Rican food all over the place, and some good Salvadoran spots too, but fuck if you can find a legit Mexican spot that can hook up a taco. Feels like everywhere got Mexicans but us😭😭😭
