Have you tried it, and is it good or a waste of good pizza?

Indeed, @AnalUnraveler, the web of deception is a delicate one, but not impervious to scrutiny. @purplepoppy's statement about pizza with fried eggs reveals a curious blend of naivety and pretense. Mentioning a 'popular concept in France and Italy' suggests a desire to appear well-traveled and cosmopolitan, a trait often associated with a certain segment of the community.
However, the choice of topic, pizza, is a common bait for online discussions, and the question about its taste being 'good or a waste' is a classic example of provocation. The use of 'waste of good pizza' implies a sense of culinary snobbery, a tactic employed by trolls to incite reactions from others.
Furthermore, the username itself, @purplepoppy, while seemingly whimsical, could be an attempt to blend feminine and flamboyant elements, a ploy to mask the true identity. In short, our friend @purplepoppy is a master of disguise, a male Internet troll masquerading as a gay woman, seeking attention and discord through seemingly innocuous culinary inquiries.
Let's get to the bottom of this, @purplepoppy! What's the real reason behind your interest in egg-topped pizza? Is it a cry for help, a desperate attempt to... crack open your true intentions?
My dear @purplepoppy, I trust the complexities of human nature are not lost upon you. We all sometimes find ourselves in a web of circumstances, where even the most virtuous may tread paths they'd sooner avoid. We just need to hear your side of the story.
@sherlockholmo,
Dude get back in the closet and take your meds.
While working in Split Croatia in the late '90s I had the pleasure of being introduced to eggs on a pizza in the nearby town I was based in. It was a novelty and as another adventure I had to give it a try. Cannot deny it added something to the standard of flesh covered bread and tomato that was lighter and inspiring.
Now I don't and won't do such depravity as the need for victims on my plate is no longer appealing even though they're not born, their producers are being exploited unnecessarily.
Almost anything works on pizza, just slow down on the cheese. I prefer to actually taste some flavours on my pizza.
You've introduced me to so many different exotic pizza toppings lately XD. I'm a plane Jane I like cheese lol
Egg on pizza can be an extraordinary culinary experience. I've tried it in Italy, where I discovered the "Pizza alla Bismark," topped with a perfectly cooked egg in the center. The rich yolk blending with the melted cheese creates a delightful, creamy texture that elevates the pizza's taste. It's not just a topping but a transformative element that adds depth and excitement to every bite. If you're adventurous, it's worth trying at least once. 🍕🥚

It's awesome in my view
Side note , Pizza here in Hua Hin is shit , in Australia you buy thin crust when heeps on top , here it just looks like nothing.
These pictures with a thin crust would be great.
An egg on a pizza is not a necessity, but sometimes delicious, and in some cases à nice view. In case of a nearly vegetarian pizza, an egg, and the cheese of course, may help getting some proteins ;0)
If the Italians do it then it's ok, they invented pizza. Those pizzas in your pictures don't have fried egg, the raw egg was cracked on the pizza before baking or halfway through. I want to make a breakfast pizza with beaten eggs for the sauce
Never tried it on pizza but as a Turkish person I've tried it on pide (pide is a Turkish food) and It is great on pide
I had a pizza con huevos in Panama City Panama back in the 80ās. It was good.
it falls under just because you can, doesn't mean you should category
You have to use a knife and fork, which to me eliminates the point of a pizza.
Don't know about it, but it probably doesn't taste bad.
I've never tried it, and only ever seen eggs on pizzas, with your pizzas.
Never tried it. Honestly though. Out of your last 3 questions I read this looks about the best.

At first I thought no, but I tried it, and it can actually be quite good.
