Beer Drinkers’ , What style of Beer do you like the most?

What is your Go to when it comes to drinking beer?
My brother and best friend and I are starting up a brewery, We been brewing different styles of beer and trying to make beers for everyone to enjoy. We are IPA fans , so we are always brewing IPA’s amongst other styles as well. We started brewing near the end of 2023 and so far we been getting a lot of great feedback from it. Our mission is to make beers for everyone to enjoy because we know everyone has different taste buds. So all your replies will help us on our Journey 😊 We also grow our own hops and Grains which most of our customers love. Hopefully one day you will be able to try our brews😊

You might think I'm crazy but I like Old Style. Only because my dad drank it and my friends, my brother's and I would steal some out of his quarter barrel tap he had in our basement. I can actually tolerate any full flavored beer, except for Miller. I also really like Pale Ale!

No I don’t think you’re crazy , everyone has their own taste buds of what they enjoy , I might bust your balls a little , but all in fun lol We are brewing a bunch of different styles hoping we can brew beers that everyone enjoys. So far it sounds like you would like our Malty Brew , it’s basically a lager , my son and his friends’ drink the domestic beers as well and they love Malty Brew , so we are definitely continuing that one

I definitely like a Malty Brew! I used to hang out at an Irish bar called the Dubliner. I got addicted to Black and Tan's!

Not too much of a beer drinker, but I like mild (not light) Pilsner beers, for example Beck's Gold. Regular Beck's (a bit more malty) is also okay.

IPA is always a good choice. I'm not a fan of lagers but I do like an Amber ale but ruby ales are my favourite style. Generally I want something with a bit of character.

I wouldn't call my self a "beer drinker" but I do like Guinness. For some reason it tastes a little like an iced coffee.

Nice, you might like our Stouts then , we brewed a stout similar to Guinness , that turned out really good , we also brewed an English Style chocolate stout that went fast lol

I like stouts, IPA’s and for food and beer pairing.. a corona with lime with a spicy Mexican taco bowl

IPAs are overplayed and can get nasty. Try some good English Ales, Belgian Ales, Pilsners, Red Ales, and Brown Ales. No one needs their dicks punched off by hops. If a brewer makes overly hopped bullshit it shows they don’t know how to brew beer.

The best beer ever is a cask ale.

Oh yes their are some bad IPA’s for sure , but our IPA is our flagship beer that we brew because of the feedback we get for it We brewed some ales as well , me personally doesn’t care for Belgian, it’s too sweet to me but we are still Going to brew it , Not sure if I had a cask ale , but I will definitely look into it , thanks for your reply

You ever had Samuel Smith's oatmeal stout? One of my all-time favorites. Anderson Valley makes a good one, too.
