Did you have something light, something heavy... something sweet, something savory? What did you have?
I just had some yogurt with fruit/granola.

Those waffles look good. My breakfast is typically one egg, an omelette, with shredded cheese and sometimes come minced veggies, a couple pieces of my homemade sausage or some store bought bacon. I can make pancakes and/or waffles, most usually when family stays over. Lately, I have been pan-frying leftover ham from Easter with a teaspoon of powdered ham glaze mix. Add some milk and a cup of tea and I'm good to go.
Sure- anytime you are in the midwest area of the US. ( I don't really believe you are on Bouvet Island.). The ham is easy - it's really just brown sugar with some powdered clove, shake on the ham, fry for a couple minutes a side. Voila!
Homemade biscuits tomorrow. 2 c flour, 1 T baking powder, 1 t salt, 1/3 c cooking oil (I use canola or other light oil- don't use olive oil, it's too heavy in taste), 2/3 c milk. Mix dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients, and work into a ball. Roll out about 1/2-3/4" thick. Recipe makes 12 with my cutter. Bake 425ยบF for about 12-14 minutes, or as desired. Top with butter, honey, and/or sausage gravy!
Some mixed fruit a bagel with cream cheese and coffee.
Freshly baked rundstykke (bun), half with cheese and pepper, the other half with salami and cucumber, apple juice and the usual coffee. Is a step up to my usual oatmeal porridge I usually eat during the week days.
Funny because I had the exact same thing. Just fruit and yogurt with granola.
It sure did! Lol
Thanks! ๐
Morning meals are such a delightful beginning to the day! Today, I indulged in a savory breakfast with avocado toast topped with a poached egg and a sprinkle of chili flakes, adding a kick to the creamy richness. I find this simple dish energizing and satisfying, embodying a perfect balance of flavors and textures. 🍳🥑

What I usually have, yoghurt and müsli with a tangerine and juice. I splash with scrambled eggs and bacon if I have time sometimes. Trying to resist eating the chocolate in the fridge as well lol.

I'll just end up eating the whole thing if I taste because I already know it's gonna be good lol
