Are adults allow to buy alcohol at restaurant when they are eating with minors?

Of course. But the server does have responsibility to cut them off if they are visibly impaired. And yes I get that it's a little late at that point. I guess the server could call the police if they felt they were a danger to the kids. I remember when I was young and I worked at a convenience store we had a guy come in and buy a blunt (cigar) to hollow out to smoke his weed in. The lady working register didn't care until she saw he had a child in the car. So then she called the cops on him.

Everywhere it is legal for adults to consume alcohol. In a few of the United States, like Texas, it's legal for adults to buy alcohol at a restaurant and serve it to their children. I did this often with my teenager.

Hardly. One glass of wine with dinner won't do that. They were the top student in their high school class. Started college as a sophomore because they had top marks on 10 AP exams.

I started college at 16 as part of a special program for the best students in the state. High achievers are some of the most delinquent minors.
