Wellll, Since I'm not a great baker, I would go up against my wife, who is not either. I would make a (Duncan Hines, Pillsbury, or Better Crocker, yellow cake, with milk chocolate frosting in the middle and on top. My wife has no idea how to cut the cake in half to do the middle, lol.
