Trending & News I said I used to eat a McDonalds a lot but this was before I started googling nutrition and health on YouTube.
When I was younger, my chemical processes were mega fruitful and I could lose 10 pounds in 4 days with no effort whatsoever so I never thought I needed to keep tabs on health issues.
Then I spontaneously began to collapse chemically and I had no clue why until I searched Dr. Berg and learned about the dangers of seed oils, the importance of natural vitamins, and the biological side effects of different types of food and the way they are processed before you eat them.
I don't do everything he says because I am not a billionaire surgeon who can afford to eat steak every day, but I find my life improves when I follow half the advice he gives.
It is basically plastic poison dressed up to look like food.
It is remarkable this still needs explaining.
Numbers 2, 4 and 5 probably.
I've generally just referred to McDonalds as plastic pretending to be food... but honestly I've never even tried it for that reason. I don't really want to know.
McDonald's, like many fast-food chains, is often considered unhealthy due to its high-calorie meals that are typically rich in saturated fats, sugars, and sodium. Many menu items are processed and may lack essential nutrients, contributing to an unbalanced diet. Portion sizes can also be larger than recommended, leading to excessive calorie intake. While convenient and tasty for quick bites, such meals should be consumed in moderation to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 🍔🥤
