You a grocery list kind of person or a two bottle of ketchup in the cupboard and one in the fridge kind of person?

I keep a full cupboard for a few reasons:
I'm the person whose friends tend to pop in unannounced... my family's always been that way...
If there's a food drive at school/church/etc. (which there always is), I'm ready with some nonperishables. My fridge/freezer is small, but it's always full (with a rotating stack of casseroles, fresh fruits/veggies washed and stored for easy smoothie/dinner prep) and a spice rack that won't quit.

I do a list but never take it as I remember what I need so I don't actually need it, I just like doing it and re reading it a fews time in the weeks to help me remember, shopping with a grocery list is too bothersome
